Wristband process

How do I pick up my wristband now that I've bought my ticket online? – Wristbands can be picked up from the Students’ Union in room K11 inside the student square. They can be picked up on Sunday 8th from 10am until 11pm in K11 (the Students' Union Offices) and Monday 9th from 10am until 9pm.

Where are you selling Freshers' wristbands? We are selling Freshers' Wristbands online here until Sunday 8 September at 8am. After that date, we'll be selling them in person at our office in K11 on Sunday 8 September between 10am and 11pm and on Monday 9 September between 10am and 9pm in K11.

Can I pick up my friend's Freshers' Fortnight 2019 wristband if they’re not around to collect it? – Unfortunately you cannot pick up a wristband for a friend. Each person must come with their student id to pick their own band up – there can be no exceptions to this rule. We will be keeping our ticket desk open until 11pm on the night of our first event and until 9pm on the night of our second event to ensure that everyone can collect their wristbands, so there’s no need for anyone else to pick up their friends’ wristbands. If you have bought a friend a ticket under your name, they'll need to come with you to collect their wristband and they'll need to show valid student ID when they pick it up. If you can't come to collect together, the ticket holder can ask for the details on the second ticket to be changed when they come to pick up their own.
