Me and multiple other people have noticed that at the weekends the 1850 is closed. We believe this would be the time when it is the most busy as it is when every student has free time and cannot afford to have a drink in local pubs due to prices. We would like it to be open during the weekends to allow students to socialise.

It would also be a great hangout spot when the ref is closed, as there is really nowhere to be on campus with friends except for the library.
